The Certified Physician Search tool on this website is consistent with standards for primary source verification for physicians currently or previously certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. All certification information is drawn directly from our certification database. All physician certification statuses are eligible for public display and may include, but are not limited to: Certified, Not Certified, Suspended, Revoked, or Retired. The ABPMR may also provide additional contextual descriptors, as appropriate, to clarify a diplomate’s certification or participation standing.

Please Note: The status of a physician is available three business days following the release of exam results and/or after the certificate is issued.

Due to the possibility of reporting and processing delays, the accuracy and completeness of records cannot be guaranteed. ABPMR shall not be liable to you or others for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on the information obtained from this service.
