2018 Hospice & Palliative Medicine Examination Results

On November 20, 2018, the Hospice & Palliative Medicine Examination was administered by the American Board of Internal Medicine to six first-time candidates applying through the ABPMR. Of these, five, or 83 percent, passed. Also in November 2018, four physicians applying through the ABPMR took the Hospice & Palliative Medicine Examination to maintain their certification. Of these, three, or 75 percent, passed.
